How is your cleaning priced?
Pricing depends on the size of the site, the scope of work and how often you need us. We prefer to scope the job — often with a free site walkthrough — and give you a clear, fixed price rather than a vague hourly estimate. Request a quote and we'll come back to you promptly.
Do you lock clients into long contracts?
No. We'd rather keep your business by holding the standard than by holding you to a contract. We can arrange ongoing schedules or one-off cleans to suit you.
Are you insured?
Yes. Genre Solutions carries $20 million public liability insurance, and our compliance details are available for commercial buyers on request.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Yes. Our crews are police-checked, and for sensitive environments such as childcare, aged care and schools we confirm the appropriate checks before work begins.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We offer after-hours and weekend cleaning by arrangement, typically with as little as one day's notice, so we work around your business rather than through it.
